Refunds & Returns
Items purchased as ready to ship on our website and shipped within India may be exchanged for store credit within 7 days of receiving your order. You may submit your query on info@jewelsbydev.com or via whatsapp or calling us during scheduled office hours.
Please note that the item must be in original condition with the original packaging and all tags attached alongside the original sales invoice. Items that show any sign of wear or that have been altered, tampered with, or damaged in any manner will not be accepted for return or refund. We also do not refund on “change of mind” purchases, as only authorized returns will be processed. We also do not accept any exchanges or refunds for items that are on sale or are customized to your liking. Returns that do not meet our policy thoroughly checked by our quality assurance department may not be approved.
Please also note that refunds or exchanges are executed through the original payment mode used during the purchase.
How long will it take to process my return / exchange?
Once we receive your return at our atelier, please allow us approximately 3-4 business days for your return to be examined and processed by our team. We’ll send you an email notification once your exchange has been approved, processed, and shipped so you know it’s on the way. Please note, the entire exchange process can take up to 14 business days. Refunds or exchanges are executed through the original payment mode used during the purchase.
What if I need to return a damaged piece?
Unfortunately if you receive a piece that is damaged, please do contact us at info@jewelsbydev.com within 10 days of receiving your order to make sure you get a refund for your piece or an exchange for your piece.
What if I need to get my piece resized?
If you want to resize your ring, we will resize it free of cost except in certain cases where the resizing is not possible. If the resized ring costs more than the existing ring, the incremental cost will have to be paid by the customer. If the resized ring costs less than the existing ring, the differential amount will be refunded to the customer. In the case of a refund, the payment of the same shall be made by way of an online bank transfer within 10 days of dispatch of the resized product.
If for some reason, your product needs to be repaired, we will repair / replace the product for charges which would be determined by the company upon receiving your product.
- Shipping Charges under Repairs and Resizing will be born by the customer
- A repair and resize is only eligible Pan-India, and not internationally.
Do you have a return pick up service for items that need to be returned / exchanged?
All return and shipping handling costs shall be payable by the customer, on actuals.
Will GST be levied on refunds?
Applicable GST at the prevailing rate (currently 3%) will be levied on all refunds.
