Can we update / cancel our order post confirmation?

Yes you can. Please reach out to us on dev@manojanddevjewellery.com within 7 days of placing your order and we will try our best to update / cancel your order for a refund or store credit. If your order is already shipped, we will not be able to cancel the order. 

Please note: Customized pieces are final sale, and cannot be refunded or exchanged.

How long will my piece take to be delivered?

Our ready to ship jewelry will be processed and shipped within 1-3 days. Made to order pieces will take 4-6 weeks to ship. For rush orders, at an additional fee, we can work towards getting you your piece- you can contact us directly on dev@manojanddevjewelry.com or visit us at our store during office hours Monday to Friday, 10 am to 5 pm.

Do you do COD?

Payment for your order will have to be placed beforehand. The jewelry will be produced only after payment has been fully received and confirmed. Only orders directly made with a visit to our store can be eligible for a cash payment.

What are your available payment methods?

We accept all major credit/debit cards and UPI payments through our online payment gateway. NEFT / RTGS bank transfers are also possible. 

How will I know if my order is confirmed?

Upon payment, you will receive an order confirmation along with tracking updates to see exactly if your piece is in process and when it will be delivered with our shipping partner.

Can I place a custom order?

Yes, you can place a custom order by speaking with our representative via whatsapp, or visiting us at our store. We personalize engravings, designs, color, and more! However please note, these pieces are not eligible for exchange or refund.

Is it safe to ship real jewelry?

Our shipping is insured and perfectly safe.

What if my size is wrong?

If you want to resize your ring, we will resize it free of cost except in certain cases where the resizing is not possible. If the resized ring costs more than the existing ring, the incremental cost will have to be paid by the customer. If the resized ring costs less than the existing ring, the differential amount will be refunded to the customer. In the case of a refund, the payment of the same shall be made by way of an online bank transfer within 10 days of dispatch of the resized product. 

What if I need to get my piece repaired?

The repair cost varies depending on how severe the damage is. Get in touch with us with images of the piece you would like to repair, and we can advise the way forward. We only repair items crafted by Manoj and Dev
